Role Overview

We are looking for an Web Master to own the creation, design, and optimization of all our
- facing landing pages. You will be responsible for building new pages from scratch, ensuring each page has a unique look and feel, aligns with our brand strategy, and is fully optimized for conversions. This is a
- on,
- focused role where you will have full ownership of our landing page ecosystem, ensuring high performance, fast load times, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, design, and launch new landing pages using CMS tools.

- Maintain and differentiate multiple landing pages with unique branding and messaging.

- Implement
- page best practices, structured data, schema, and metadata.

- Optimize page speed, UX/UI, CRO, and
- first responsiveness.

- Assign and manage call tracking numbers and integrate forms into CRM.

- Own all landing page content QA, update cycles, and performance reporting.

- Collaborate closely with the Compliance, Ops, and Email teams to ensure brand consistency and legal compliance.

Mandatory Requiments:

- Mastery of CMS platforms:

Word
Press, Webflow, or similar.

- Google Analytics, Search Console, and heatmap tools (e. G. , Hotjar, Crazy
Egg).

- Proven CRO skills (form optimization, CTA testing, page layout testing).

- Strong visual sense and UX writing instincts.

- Familiarity with call tracking integrations and CRM workflows.

Preferred Requiments:

- Agency or freelance experience managing multiple brands or landing pages.

- Experience in regulated industries (finance, lending, insurance).

- Track record of building
- converting landing pages from scratch.

- Experience working in
- paced,
- first, or startup environments.
