Position Summary

The Website Expert is an Above Market Point of Contact, supporting Nestlé e
Business Category Leads and markets to drive and accelerate implementation and rollout of the Direct to Consumer (D2C) Strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives / KPIs more effectively and efficiently, by coordinating all projects related with the business priorities.

The Website Expert is also responsible for providing regular performance and optimization reports, sharing best practices cross markets/categories, managing and accessing markets' requests (on tools, new functionalities etc. ) and then coordinating actions with the e
Business Category Leads to drive website optimization and efficiency.

Typically, the Website Expert will be assigned to one of the many Nestlé Business Category (Coffee, Food, Pet Care, Waters, Confectionary, Dairy, Nutrition, NHS, Nestlé Professional…).
