The Goals for this position are to achieve the following:

Talent:

• Within 3 months 1000+ users from Miami create talent profiles every day
• Within 6 months 1000+ users from NYC create talent profiles every day
• Achieve over 40% 30-day retention for returning users

Hiring Managers:

• Within 3 months 100 job postings listed monthly on the site
• Within 6 months 500 job postings listed monthly
• Within 12 months 1000 job postings listed monthly
• 80%+ of jobs should get their first applicant within 1 business day

Required Skills:

• 7+ years growing brands online proven by showcasing previous website results
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Strong copywriting & funnel optimization skills
• Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
• Retention Marketing Expertise (lifecycle marketing, churn reduction strategies)
• User Growth Tactics (scalable acquisition strategies for job seekers & hiring managers)
• Competitor & Audience Targeting (lookalike audiences, competitor traffic tools)
