We are seeking a
- facing & true Website Growth Marketing Expert with creative thinking,
- on expertise, and excellent English communication skills, with the following qualifications:

• Marketing automations & retargeting campaigns
• Email & other channel automations
• Funnel optimization
• Onsite personalization
• Competitor audience targeting
• Data analytics & reporting

The goals for this position are to achieve:

• Acquire talent profile signups to create free profiles to view job details
• Within 3 months, generate over 1K daily user signups from Miami
• Within 4 months, generate over 1K daily user signups from New York
• Achieve over 40% 30-day retention for returning users
• Encourage hiring managers to post jobs:
• Within 3 months, generate over 100 job postings monthly
• Within 6 months, generate over 500 job postings monthly
• Within 12 months, generate 1000 job postings monthly
• Ensure 80%+ of jobs receive their first applicant within 3 business days

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience growing brands online, demonstrated by previous website results
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Hands-on digital marketing expertise in at least two channels
• Strong copywriting & funnel optimization skills
• Proven ability to use AI effectively to enhance marketing results
• Retention marketing expertise (lifecycle marketing, churn reduction strategies)
• User growth tactics (scalable acquisition strategies for job seekers & hiring managers)
• Competitor & audience targeting (lookalike audiences, competitor traffic tools)
• Ideation-driven with a proven ability to create strategies to meet goals
