Data Analytics & Reporting

The Goals for this position is to achieve:

To acquire Talent profile signups to create free profiles to view job details:

Within 3 months, generate over 1K daily user signups from Miami

Within 4 months, generate over 1K daily user sign ups from New York

Achieve over 40% 30-day retention for returning users

To get Hiring Managers to post jobs:

Within 3 months, generate over 100 job postings monthly

Within 6 months, generate over 500 job postings monthly

Within 12 months, generate 1000 job postings monthly

80%+ of jobs should get its first applicant within 3 business days

Required Skills:

7+ years growing brands online proved by showcasing previous website results

Excellent English speaking and writing skills

Hands-on digital marketing skills and expertise in at least two marketing channels
