Your Role
Costumer Technical Project Manager (CTPM) is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end (E2E) technical delivery of complex projects, ensuring the full solution is successfully integrated, validated, and accepted according to the contracted scope. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and managing all project phases — from pre-sales and technical design through integration, validation, and final customer acceptance .
- Lead and direct the project’s technical functions, including Analysis & Design , Integration , and Verification & Validation .
- Ensure end-to-end technical delivery in alignment with contractual requirements and project KPIs.
- Participate in the pre-sales phase , defining the technical delivery strategy from requirements gathering through final acceptance.
- Define project organization, technical gates, deliverables, tools, and governance model.
- Lead technical execution during implementation and coordinate activities across multiple streams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate resolution of critical technical issues, engaging engineering teams as needed.
- Verify Quality of Service (Qo
S) and solution stability , ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs. - Advise the customer on network evolution and identify up-scope opportunities within the project.
Your Profile

- Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate across multiple workstreams.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and technical leadership .
- Experience in system engineering , integration , and configuration/change management .
- Capable of working independently , delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge of Nokia products and solutions .
- Prior involvement in pre-sales engagements .
- Experience with public and/or hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD automation and Dev

We are now seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of mechanical engineering and construction scopes across multiple major projects. This role is pivotal to bridging design with execution, ensuring quality, constructability, and system readiness from the earliest phases of development.
Key Areas of Impact
- Project Leadership: Manage end‑to‑end mechanical scope across engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and completion phases.
- Design Integration: Lead constructability and design reviews to ensure mechanical packages are fully optimised for buildability, maintainability, and operability.
- Interface Management: Oversee cross‑discipline integration between mechanical, electrical, process, and civil teams to maintain scope clarity and technical alignment.
- Technical Assurance: Ensure compliance with design codes, specifications, and QA/QC standards across all mechanical systems and installations.
- Progress & Performance Oversight: Track deliverables, schedules, and resources to maintain critical path visibility and performance control.
- Change & Risk Management: Identify potential design or field deviations early, managing change control and technical risk mitigation.
- Construction & Commissioning Support: Interface with site teams to ensure mechanical completion and system handover milestones are achieved safely and on schedule.
Preferred Background
- Proven track record delivering greenfield mechanical projects within Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Hydrogen, or Advanced Manufacturing environments.
- Experience working across FEED, EPC, and start‑up phases, ideally for both Owner and EPC organisations.
- Strong background in mechanical systems, pressure equipment, piping, HVAC, or clean‑room environments.
- Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage subcontractor performance across complex interfaces.
- Deep understanding of international codes, modular construction practices, and system handover processes.
- Degree‑qualified in Mechanical Engineering; fluent English essential, Portuguese advantageous.
