Civil Engineers(m/f)ready to learn, take initiative, and grow with us.

If you’re passionate about construction, love being on‑site, and want to play a key role in turning plans into reality we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects on‑site;
• Assist in supervising teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations;
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines and help solve on‑the‑spot challenges;
• Contribute to cost tracking, materials management, and quality control.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of experience in construction/civil engineering (Mandatory Requirement);
• Experience with Portugal's construction market including: suppliers, materials, and regulatory standards (Mandatory Requirement);
• A proactive, hands‑on attitude and eagerness to learn;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, project management, etc. );
• Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management (Mandatory Requirement)
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Mandatory Requirement)
