Job Description
Eosol Group is seeking a skilled Wind Maintenance Technician with a focus on wind generator bearing replacement to join our dynamic team in the United States. This role is integral to our commitment to maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our wind generation assets.
As a Wind Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines. Your primary focus will be on the replacement of generator bearings, ensuring that our equipment operates at optimal performance. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing sustainable energy solutions while upholding the highest safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct bearing replacement on wind generators in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions to ensure the reliability and efficiency of wind turbine operations.
- Execute thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement appropriate maintenance strategies.
- Carry out the replacement of filters and greasing of wind turbine equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with GWO (Global Wind Organisation) standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve maintenance practices and adopt new technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and advancements in wind turbine technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Wind Maintenance Technician, specifically in the maintenance of wind turbines.
- GWO Certification: Valid GWO certification is required.
- Visa: A valid US visa is mandatory for employment.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English is essential for communication within the team and while interacting with clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine systems, particularly in generator bearing maintenance.
- Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Excellent
- solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
- paced environment. - Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
