ABOUT ADDGEN

ADDGEN is a Portuguese company that has been growing exponentially in the recent years and has contributed to the effective development and completion of projects in the Renewable Energy industry around the world.

We focus in providing skilled technical manpower for electrical and mechanical works, including Troubleshooting, Commissioning, Maintenance (Preventive and Corrective), High-Voltage tasks, Retrofits, and Inspections for both Onshore and Offshore.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with strong theoretical and technical skills and a drive to work in clean energy. This is an opportunity to join the ADDGEN team.

This role involves supervising the electrical tasks on site, performing electrical tests, and ensuring the efficient maintenance of electrical systems. Daily responsibilities include managing the technical team, ensuring that all activities comply with safety and quality standards, as well as resolving technical issues that may arise. This is a
- time position and requires
- site presence.

REQUIREMENTS

Electrical Engineering:

Requires knowledge in electrical engineering and electricity, with practical experience in the field.

Site Supervision:

Skills in site supervision and team management to ensure the correct execution of projects.

Solid background in electrical systems and power distribution

Certified electrician with valid High Voltage (HV) certification

Practical experience in the field – ideally with wind turbines (GE 3X/Cypress)

SCADA operation knowledge

Valid GWO (BST, BTT, ART)

EMEA work permit

Fluent in English

Available for travel and rotation work across Europe

LOCATION

Electrical certified Engineers are welcome to embark in our international ventures.

The projects could take place in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

The chosen candidates will be responsible for electrical tasks, with special emphasis on GE technology.
