What You’ll Do

• You will ensure a ZERO accident policy by promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
• Lead major remediation actions, overseeing planning, execution, and thorough documentation.
• Perform major repairs on large machine components.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to coordinate operations, ensuring all stakeholders adhere to required documentation.
• Report work performed in the company’s O&M Management System, maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings, providing essential support for daily operational tasks across various facilities.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including organization, teamwork, and autonomy.
• Flexibility and availability to travel within Europe and Africa as needed.
• A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to leading change in the industry.
