What you are going to do?

• Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance:
  
  Installing, configuring, maintaining and upgrading Windows Server operating systems, application software, and system management tools;
  
  
• System Management:
  
  Monitoring and managing the performance of Windows systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability;
  
  
• Security Management:
  
  Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect Windows systems from threats, including managing access, applying security updates, and monitoring for security breaches (With Security team help);
  
  
• Troubleshootingand Support:
  
  Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Windows systems, providing support to
  - users and other IT staff;
  
  
• Scripting and Automation:
  
  Developing and maintaining scripts to automate tasks (Power
  Shell, Ansible), improve system efficiency, and streamline processes;
  
  
• Skills and Qualifications:
  
  Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, related technologies like Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS;
  
  
• Technical expertise:
  
  Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performance monitoring, and security management.

What are we looking for?

• Expert:
  
  minimum 5 years on a similar role;
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;
  
  
• In-depth knowledge of Windows environment (GPO, Hardening, automation…);
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Solarwinds for dashboard and performance monitoring and troubleshooting;
  
  
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL VPNs;
  
  
• Scripting skills Powershell;
  
  
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in Windows environments;
  
  
• Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
