Windows Systems Administrator

Job Description

The main responsibilities include:

• Installation, configuration, and administration of systems;
• Monitoring and supporting computer infrastructure;
• Participating in infrastructure projects;
• Analyzing and resolving incidents in computer systems;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Higher education in Computer Science or related fields (certifications and professional experience are valued);
• Experience with virtualization, backups, Windows, networks, and hardware;
• Knowledge of services such as Apache, databases (My
  SQL, SQL Server, etc. ), iptables firewall, virtualization (Xen and others), email servers (qmail, Postfix, etc. );
• Availability to provide 24×7 support and travel within Portugal;
• Good command of English;
• Versatility, flexibility, proactivity, and dynamism are essential;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Interest in learning and taking on new challenges;
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, analytical skills, planning, organization, and time management;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
