With Relocation Support- Norwegian Speaking Junior Customer Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
- Provide assistance with
- related questions, troubleshooting, and general support. - Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns while upholding high service standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex issues.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Native Norwegian speaker with strong communication skills.
- B2 level proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent

- focused mindset. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
