About The Job
The OPC Analyst operates the Control framework related to all operational risks, including Fraud, Third Party, Conduct, Compliance, Regulatory, Information & Communication Technology risks, and other risk types. OPC is responsible for deploying internal policies and procedures issued by specialized independent control functions within the Risk teams (2nd Line of Defense), and ensuring compliance with external regulatory and supervisory requirements.
Your main activities include:
- Identify and assess risks and controls (Risk and Control Self-Assessment), ensuring key operational units and processes, material risks, and risk mitigants are identified.
- Perform and drive risk identification and assessment in collaboration with independent control functions, ensuring validation by relevant management and alignment with risk tolerance. Contribute to defining and following up on remediation plans if needed.
- Manage Procedures by ensuring local implementation of Group procedures, incorporating local specifics (regulations, tools, organizations). Ensure procedures designed by the business are identified, updated, stored properly, and communicated. Calibrate procedures based on risk assessments and other risk events.
- Implement Controls and action plans by defining and updating control plans, performing controls, reviewing results, and ensuring remediation actions are taken and monitored.
- Document findings, recommendations, and control actions, organizing
- up on reports from internal or external sources and ensuring timely closure. - Manage incidents by alerting management and control functions about key incidents, collecting and analyzing incident data, and defining corrective measures. Follow up on remediation actions and incident unfolding.
- Support management and governance through active participation in committees, escalate operational risks or weaknesses, perform reporting, and provide training on operational risks and control frameworks.

- driven, and excellent communication skills (oral & written). - Ability to develop and adapt processes, with proficient risk management knowledge.
- Languages:
Fluent English, French preferred. - Tools:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power
Point).
Experience and Qualifications:
- 0-2 years in Risk and Controls, Compliance, or Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting (3-5 years).
