Join our multicultural Customer Service team in Europe! We’re looking for Italian‑speaking professionals passionate about helping sellers and improving their online business performance. You’ll be part of a global e‑commerce project supporting one of the world’s leading social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support sellers via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and sales guidance.
- Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve seller performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- EU ID, Residence Card, or Manifestação de Interesse.
- Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2+).
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.

Schedule
