Your Responsibilities:

• Assist our online community by resolving inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Become an expert on Facebook products, community standards, and policies.
• Make balanced decisions and advocate for our users, ensuring their voices are heard.
• Communicate effectively with professionalism and empathy.
• Investigate and resolve reports on account issues, abusive content, and user concerns.
• Use your market knowledge to identify opportunities for scalable solutions and improved user experiences.
• Analyze data trends to recommend workflow improvements and policy adjustments.
• Enforce community guidelines by monitoring reports and reviewing flagged content.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest actionable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish (C1 level) and strong English communication skills.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• College education or equivalent experience (military background accepted).
• Up to 1 year of experience in a BPO or related environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
