Your Day‑‑Day

• Assist French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve
  - related questions or issues.
• Guide users through product setup, features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records.

What You Bring

• Fluent in French (C2) and good command of English (B2+)
• Customer‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Problem‑solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday (07:00–19:00, rotational shifts)
• Positive energy and willingness to grow in an international team.

Benefits

• Salary: 900 per 14 months
• Performance Bonus: 100 per 11 months
