Experience: 5+ years in consultancy, with at least one

- end Workday project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and advise AMS customers on their Workday roadmap, industry standards, and best practices.
• Engage with all levels within the customer organization, from operational staff to C-suite executives.
• Manage a team of technical Workday experts to deliver quality solutions.
• Act as an escalation point for critical issues.
• Provide expertise to support
  - making related to functional solutions.
• Design cohesive Workday HCM solutions considering
  - functional impacts.
• Mentor junior team members.

Ideal Candidate:

• Workday Core HCM Certification, with experience or certification in additional modules.
• Experience in configuring business processes, security, and country setup in Workday.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
