CONTEXT

You will be integrated into Richemont’s Group Technology product area Human Resources, belonging to the HR Core, Compensation and Payroll team, reporting to the HRIS Core HCM Tech Team Lead.

Your primary responsibility will be supporting the Tech Team Lead and Product Specialist in configuring and maintaining the Workday Core HR module.

The scope of work covers all Maisons held by the group on a worldwide scale.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

1. Business Analyst
   • Participate in analyzing business requirements.
   • Define technical solutions with the Product Specialist.
   • Contribute to defining technical requirements.
2. Configuration of Workday
   • Participate in configuring Workday HCM.
   • Assist in implementing legal requirements.
   • Help create new reports.
3. Support Core HR Operations
   • Troubleshoot issues and support users in Core HR operations.
   • Participate in system support (incident management).

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience configuring Core HR in Workday HCM.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.
• Good team spirit.
• Open-minded, curious, flexible, and creative thinking mindset.
