Workday Data Consultant – Remote – EMEA / APAC

For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for Workday Data Consultant with Workday HCM and
- related experience.

The ideal candidate would have experience in large and global programs with Workday and focus on data transformation & reporting, HR Workday implementations and Enhancements. The consultant would be expected to join the project by Mid of June 2025, for a 12-month contract, with the high likelihood of extensions.

The role would be offered on a remote basis, but only to candidates who are based in EMEA and APAC.

Desired skills:

• Minimum of 7+ years’ with Workday HCM and
  - related activities (migration, reconciliation, reporting).
• Proven experience in
  - scale HR Workday implementations and Enhancements
• Strong skills in Excel, data transformation, reporting, and
  - solving.
• Strong Experience with EIBs, Workday Studio, or integration frameworks
• Familiarity with SQL, Alteryx, Power Query, or similar tools for data manipulation is advantageous.
• Experience working in a global,
  - functional team environment
• Excellent English - written and communication skills
