Keylime Consultants is partnering with a distinguished global company that is expanding its shared services to support HR teams across 20 countries. As a recent global Workday client, the business is strengthening its internal Workday team to drive HR transformation, ensuring seamless HR operations and supporting future growth.

Workday is already implemented globally, and the company is currently rolling out Learning and Talent & Performance modules.

We are seeking talented Workday Specialists to join this team. Reporting directly to the Workday Lead, you will play a key role in the global implementation of these modules.

This is a hybrid role in the Lisbon area, offering a competitive base salary of up to €50, 000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Workday Functional Analysts – Requirements:

• Experience in Workday implementations, ideally on an international scale
• Proven configuration experience in Core HCM, Learning, and/or Talent & Performance
• Candidates with BAU/support experience in other modules but with a solid knowledge of Learning or Talent & Performance are also welcome to apply!
• Ability to guide and suggest improvements to existing Workday processes and features
• Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication, with a collaborative and
  - oriented approach
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Portuguese is a plus
