Workday HCM Product Specialist

CONTEXT
You will be integrated into Richemont’s Group Technology product area Human Resources, belonging to the HR Core, Compensation and Payroll team, reporting to the HRIS Product Area Manager Compensation & Payroll.
Your primary responsibility will be configuring, enhancing, and maintaining the Workday Core HR module. The scope includes all Maisons of the Richemont group worldwide.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Business Expertise: Support business stakeholders in analyzing and designing business processes; evaluate process efficiency and propose improvements; create functional specifications based on business requirements; ensure alignment with best practices, processes, and procedures; document processes clearly and consistently.
- Technical Expertise: Evaluate current system configurations; respond to inquiries regarding system capabilities; configure systems to meet business needs; report to management on support and project risks; maintain system security based on business requirements; comply with documentation, change management, and audit processes.
- Project Management: Develop, implement, and evaluate complex HR system projects, including system design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution; ensure adherence to project timelines; coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Support Digital Operations: Collaborate with internal teams and IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues; document and communicate issues effectively.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 5 years of successful experience implementing Workday HCM, from planning to
- live - Experience with other Workday modules such as Rewards, Reporting, or Security
- Experience with other HR solutions like SAP HR, UKG is a plus
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Problem-solving orientation with focus on objectives
- Open-minded, curious, flexible, and creative thinker
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; French is a plus
