Experience with the Learning module is preferred, but candidates must have proven experience in at least one of the following modules Compensation, Security, Loads, Reporting, or Integrations. Key Responsibilities - Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Learning (preferred).

- Work on at least one of the following HCM areas Compensation, Security, Loads, Reporting, or Integrations.

- Ensure accurate and reliable data management (EIB loads, integrations, system maintenance).

- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR operations.

- Provide user support, documentation, and system training.

- Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.

- Lead testing and adoption of new Workday features and updates. What Were Looking For - 3 years of
- on experience with Workday HCM.

- Experience in Workday Learning (preferred).

- Mandatory solid expertise in at least one of the following Compensation, Security, Loads, Reporting, Integrations.

- Familiarity with Workday integrations (EIB, reporting, calculated fields).

- Fluent in English (mandatory).
