What You-'ll Do
- Responsible for

- day, ongoing maintenance and process tasks within Workday, including loading inbound EIBs, maintaining time off and leave plans, accrual adjustments, creating new locations, updating job profiles and salary ranges, and more - Seek continuous improvement of the quality of the HR systems at Lime, including but not limited to Workday, Ashby, Cloud

Now. - Build and maintain HR business processes and create reports and dashboards to drive manager, employee, and HRBP
- service globally. - Create, update, and assist with the delivery of training, user guides, system workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Reconcile, audit, and validate all People data to ensure integrity in all systems and reporting.
- Engage with the Workday community to understand system capabilities and recommend solutions to address business needs.
- Participate in HRIS projects related to process improvement, new functionalities, process upgrades etc. , from requirement gathering, configuration, and testing through rollout stages.
- Provide dedicated support for the assigned HRIS areas of focus and manage escalations where necessary.
About You
- 2+ years of experience with Workday required
- An
- oriented

- Flexibly adapt to changing priorities & timelines
- Collaborative working style
- Thorough understanding of system interdependencies.
- Experience in the Workday functional areas of Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Benefits preferred.
- Experience with business process configuration, custom reporting, security.
- The ability to analyze configurations with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and to thoroughly test solutions.
