Workforce Admin department is looking for a Workforce GBS Analyst.

What you will do

• Analyze requests for transition to inactive status, namely access conditions
• Execute retirement procedures in the system (calculation of proportional amounts, etc. )
• Prepare various reports and controls
• Provide support in responding to requests from
  - retired employees, retirees, and pensioners
• Assist in responding to inquiries from internal group companies

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Social or Organizational Psychology, or another field with relevant professional experience
• Professional experience in administrative areas of Human Resources is mandatory
• Experience of up to 5 years in similar roles
• Knowledge of SAP HCM is valued
• Proficiency in MS Office (Power
  Point, Word, Excel)
• Analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail, process orientation, ability to relate to different interlocutors, and customer focus
• Aptitude and enjoyment for operational work
