Workforce GBS Analyst

Workforce Admin department is looking for a Workforce GBS Analyst.
What you will do:
- Analyze requests for transition to inactive status, namely access conditions;
- Execute retirement procedures in the system (calculation of proportional amounts, etc. );
- Prepare various reports and controls;
- Provide support in responding to requests from
- retired employees, retirees, and pensioners; - Assist in responding to inquiries coming internally from group companies

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Social or Organizational Psychology, or another field, provided you have relevant professional experience for the role;
- Professional experience in administrative areas of Human Resources is mandatory;
- Experience of up to 5 years in similar roles.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM is valued;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Power
Point, Word, Excel); - Analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail, process orientation, ease of relating to different interlocutors, and customer focus;
- Aptitude and enjoyment for operational work.
