We are looking for a talented and accomplished Scheduler for Airbnb.
As a Scheduler in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Maximize efficient utilization of resources for schedules that have been released in the most
- effective way, including holidays, voluntary
- offs, break planning, Workforce Management Tool optimization, and proactively ensuring sufficient coverage to meet contractual requirements. - Ensure all exceptions and future changes are logged in the Workforce Management tool timely, ideally before the event, with appropriate adjustments to minimize impact on service levels.
- Understand key metrics and financial drivers for all contracts and use this knowledge to drive performance improvements.
- Complete processes for new hires, leavers, and internal transfers, including contacting HR and updating WFM systems promptly.
- Track training batches and learning curves for new hires, including proficiencies.
- Optimize WFM schedules.
- Maintain agent and campaign annual leave records and update the WFM system regularly, ensuring leave is distributed appropriately throughout the year.
- Provide regular schedule adherence reports for operations.
- Work closely with RTAs to ensure agent adherence and productivity are controlled, taking action where necessary.
- Monitor all
- call activities to ensure resource efficiency and consistent service level achievement. - Collaborate as part of a virtual WFM team, assisting other sites when appropriate, especially in
- site campaigns. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English at C1 level is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of WFM experience, with at least 1 year as a Scheduler.
- Minimum Higher Secondary Education.
- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling tools like Blue Pumpkin, IEX, e
WFM, etc. - Ability to generate suitable work patterns and shift activities.
- Ability to create and track schedules efficiently.
- Clear and effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of call center reporting systems is a plus.
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal.
