Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of working capital forecasts and perform variance analysis against actual results.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting of key metrics, including DSO, DPO, DIO, CCC, and CCNWC.
- Investigate drivers impacting working capital performance and provide insights to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, FP&A, Operations) to gather data and validate assumptions.
- Prepare trend analysis and dashboards to monitor performance over time.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing working capital management.
- Participate in ad‑hoc projects related to forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts); knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self‑starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
