Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Advisor will be:

• Communicating effectively with customers in German and English
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Contributing to a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Native level of German and at least B2 level of English
• Knowledge of the value and impact of a good customer experience
• Attentive listening and effective communication skills
• Drive for excellence and professionalism
• Team player with commitment to work
• Excitement for intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon
• Valid Portuguese work permit (required)

What’s in it for you?

Type of contract:
- term fixed term, renewable annually

Working hours:
- time (40h/week), Monday to Friday, rotational schedule between 7am - 10pm, 8 hours/day plus one hour for lunch/dinner

Salary options:

• Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950-1100€ gross/month
• During training (1-4 weeks): 50% of hourly wages
