Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced consultant with a global understanding of the real estate business – investor and occupier side. The ideal candidate will have experience in workplace strategy and change management, and a broad, integrated view of real estate strategy – someone who understands not only how workplaces function, but also how buildings fit into wider urban, organizational, and portfolio contexts. This role sits at the intersection of strategic workplace design, real estate decision‑making, and organizational change, helping clients or internal stakeholders rethink how space supports performance, value, and transformation across assets and portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Workplace Planning
- Lead workplace strategy projects from beginning to end.
- Conduct layout assessments and space utilization studies.
- Facilitate interviews, workshops, decision‑making sessions, and strategy reviews.
- Develop tailored workplace solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Translate insights (data analysis) into actionable workplace scenarios and transformation roadmaps to support recommendations.
- Real Estate Strategy
- Provide strategic input into asset positioning or best use according to urban planning and space‑use optimization.
- Contribute to decisions on whether to refurbish or repurpose, suggesting concept design ideas and leasing/divestment scenarios for specific buildings.
- Maintain a big‑picture perspective that connects physical space and long‑term value creation.
- Change Management Support
- Develop and implement change management processes for workplace transformation.
- Create stakeholder engagement plans and address resistance by collaborating with HR, leadership, and communications teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Apply structured methodologies to support change readiness and adoption.
- Design and facilitate workshops and activities to raise awareness and communicate.
- Develop and facilitate training sessions to enable and support new ways of working.
- Act as an advocate for people‑centered design and engagement throughout the change process.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in workplace strategy, change management, real estate advisory, urban planning, or corporate real estate.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of architecture software, Excel, and Power
Point. - Experience in office fit‑out projects with knowledge of workplace models, spatial behavior, and employee experience.
- Ability to work across disciplines and translate between technical and strategic audiences.
Preferred (but Not Required)
- Certification in Change Management (e. g. , PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar).
- Data analysis capabilities.
