As part of the Maintenance and Utilities department, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are accepting applications for the position of Workshop Supervisor (M/F).

Profile:

- Technical training in industrial maintenance;

- Experience in team management;

- Initiative, interpersonal skills, and enjoyment of teamwork;

- Good planning, organizational, resilience, and team interaction skills;

- Motivation to work in a
- world industrial environment;

- Basic knowledge of English and computer skills from a user perspective.

- Experience in similar roles (minimum 5 years) in an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry;

- Knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, instrumentation, and industrial process control;

- Enjoyment of working in a multidisciplinary team to solve problems in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan;

- Analyze, diagnose, and monitor equipment operating conditions;

- Prepare and manage the execution of corrective maintenance work orders;

- Assist in the preparation and review of maintenance procedures and records;

- Support and monitor new equipment and facility renovation projects.

- Ensure efficiency and quality levels.
