Writer role in the Product Knowledge Documentation team (fixed-term contract for 12 months, due to replacement of an employee).

Responsibilities

• Translating the application modules into different languages;
• Perform the translation of product support material (user manuals, presentations, release documentation, etc. ), commercial and others;
• Ensure the linguistic, grammatical and format review of product support material (user manuals, presentations, release documentation, etc. ) in accordance with the defined identity and brand rules;
• Ensure the location of the Cleva Inetum Solution software and documentation;
• Ensure the validation of localization terms with specialists, in order to guarantee the quality of localization services;
• Ensure and maintain a database of terms in the different official languages of the Cleva Inetum Solution;
• Perform editorial review and translation of project documentation;
• Perform editorial review and translation of company documentation, such as proposals, marketing material, newsletters, Management System documentation, among others.

Profile

• Knowledge of linguistics;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• Academic or professional experience in proofreading and translation;
• Knowledge in the area of terminology research;
• Ability to write texts correctly, clearly and structured;
