Role Description

As a Xano & We
Web Developer, you’ll be working on the core of what we build every day:

• Bringing ideas to life: You’ll design and implement backends using Xano, creating robust, scalable APIs and database structures.
• Crafting interfaces: Using We
  Web, you’ll build modern, dynamic
  - end interfaces that connect seamlessly with backend data.
• Optimizing user experience: You-'ll
  - tune performance, ensure smooth data flows, and design a responsive experience.
• Tinkering with logic: From database queries to conditional display rules, you’ll make things work smartly—not just beautifully.
• Collaborating across the stack: You-'ll work closely with teammates to connect workflows, test features, and build
  - ready applications from end to end.
• Automating when it matters: You-'ll integrate tools or custom scripts where needed to streamline tasks and improve user flows.
