About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Xano Developer to join our team for a complex,
- scale backend development project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in no-code/low-code backend architecture, Xano's API and database capabilities, and a solid understanding of how to architect, scale, and secure advanced backend systems.

You'll work closely with our product, frontend, and devops teams to build powerful, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions. This project includes intricate workflows, custom APIs, external integrations, and dynamic business logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex backend systems using Xano
• Create and manage custom APIs, data relationships, and logic workflows
• Integrate
  - party services and REST/SOAP/Graph
  QL APIs
• Collaborate with frontend teams (e. g. , Flutter/React) to support seamless integration
• Maintain version control, documentation, and staging environments
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues quickly
• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap
  
  

• 2+ years of backend development experience (including with Xano)
• Demonstrated experience with complex Xano apps, including conditional logic, webhooks, and API chaining
• Proficient in data modeling and relational database design
• Strong understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e. g. , OAuth 2. 0, JWT)
• Experience with external API integration and data parsing (JSON, XML)
• Strong knowledge of REST API principles and debugging tools (e. g. , Postman)
• Familiarity with Java
  Script, Python, or other scripting languages (a plus)
• Experience with Agile development practices and tools like Jira or Trello
  
  

• Experience in
  - code/low-code ecosystems and integrations (e. g. , Webflow, Make/Integromat, Zapier)
• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops concepts and deployment workflows
• Previous experience with HIPAA, GDPR, or
  - grade compliance
• Knowledge of scalable architecture for
  - traffic systems
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control
