The Role

We are looking for a Senior x
SIM Operations Tech Lead to oversee technical operations related to all x
SIM technologies, including SIM, e
SIM, and i
SIM. In this role, you will handle advanced and complex projects, ensure the team's technical expertise, and mentor junior engineers. You will also lead troubleshooting efforts during development and testing, making critical decisions aligned with company goals, standards, and recommendations to deliver optimal quality at competitive costs.

What you will do:

1. Develop and specify SIM electrical profiles.
2. Design and implement e
   SIM profile types.
3. Ensure x
   SIM quality through BAP and QA frameworks.
4. Manage technical relationships with SIM manufacturers (EUMs).
5. Evaluate emerging x
   SIM technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Participate in industry standard bodies (e. g. , GSMA, TCA).
7. Support the implementation of new products and production orders.
8. Oversee x
   SIM
   - provisioning and manage inventory.

1. Extensive experience working on x
   SIM technologies in roles within MNOs/MVNOs, SIM manufacturers, or e
   SIM providers.
2. Participation in standard bodies’ projects focused on x
   SIM technologies (ETSI/3GPP, GSMA, TCA, etc. ).
