This is a
- time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubaï, Lisbon or from the comfort of your couch. French and English fluency is required.

YOUR MISSION

To unleash your creativity and give life to dynamic and captivating video content for our 3 You
Tube channels: David Laroche FR (+859k subs), Paradox Sans Filtre (+69. 7K subs), and Paradox Business (+133k subs), Paradox Unfiltered (+107K subs). Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession with excelling, having a worldwide impact and not just selling products but crafting experiences. You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox reach that level and becoming an iconic brand.

• Produce 1 authoritative educational face cam video monthly for David Laroche FR, embedding music, animations, and
  - roll to simplify complex ideas and captivate audiences.
• Edit 2 celebrity/expert interviews monthly for Paradox Sans Filtre and 1 CEO/expert interview for Paradox Business, focusing on smooth audio mixes and multicam video to provide a seamless viewing experience.
• Craft Hollywood-style trailers to hook viewers for each interview.
• Drive brainstorming sessions, bringing proactive and original ideas to the table. Your vision will guide the editing style, ensuring each channel—David Laroche FR, Paradox Sans Filtre, and Paradox Business—retains its unique essence while upholding Paradox's value of creating awe.
• Adhere to specific standards and checklists to guarantee Netflix or
  - level quality, reflecting our commitment to hosting the best CEOs and most famous guests.

Experience

• You have +2 years of You
  Tube video editing experience, capable of independently tackling complex editing challenges across various software platforms.
• You excel in Adobe Premiere Suite with some knowledge of Da
  Vinci Resolve & After Effects.
• You have experience editing long videos and short videos for social media.
• You have experience creating animations in your videos. Motion design is a real plus.
• You embody Paradox's core values, especially create AWE, aiming for
  - leading quality that meets You
  Tube codes while providing a memorable viewing experience.

Language

• French: Native
• English: Fluent

Our chosen language for written communication is English. Currently, 10% of the team is English-speaking, a % which will continue to grow.
