Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Customer requirements assessment and solution design.
• Implementation and configuration of the Zabbix solution.
• Create dashboards, reports, alerts, and notification mechanisms according to requirements.
• Operation, support and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• More than 4+ years of professional experience in monitoring roles.
• In-depth knowledge of the Zabbix architecture: server, proxy, agents.
• Strong Linux system administration skills including installation, tuning, and security.
• Experience with scripting in Python or Bash for automation.
• Excellent communication skills, performance oriented to customer.
• Good levels of spoken and written English.
