We are hiring a Controller for a client based in Estarreja - Aveiro.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Validation of the entire accounting process;
• Calculation of taxes and submission of tax declarations;
• Development and implementation of procedures for monthly and annual financial closings;
• Monitoring and defining operational KPIs (CAPEX, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, etc. );
• Process control and optimization, along with active support for project leaders, among other responsibilities.

Technical Skills:

• Certified Accountant;
• Proficiency in Office tools, particularly Excel and Power BI;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English;
• Experience with Sage X3;
• Industry experience (preferred).

Academic Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting and/or controlling.
