Job Description
Marketing & Branding
- Integrate into the Marketing team, actively contributing to overall marketing strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and investment value proposition.
- Ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, collaborating closely with the Development team to optimize engagement and conversions.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop, expand, and manage the company's presence on social media, optimizing for both B2B and B2C engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize, implement, and monitor digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with branding and business development goals.
- Leverage organic content and paid advertising on Linked
In and other digital platforms to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation. - Monitor key metrics and analytics to continuously optimize digital strategies and campaign performance.
- Assist in newsletter creation and implementation, targeted communication, and automated flows.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Implement social selling strategies to identify, qualify, and engage potential investors through Linked
In and other digital platforms. - Collaborate with Development & Sales to qualify inbound leads and ensure seamless
- ups to maximize conversion rates. - Conduct direct outreach and engagement with prospective investors, partners, and clients, nurturing relationships through personalized communication.
- Support CRM data management, tracking interactions and optimizing the sales funnel.
Performance & Strategy
- Continuously analyze campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, lead conversion, and overall marketing ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing and sales touchpoints.
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing & comms. or sales support, ideally within real estate and hospitality.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent organization and administrative skills.
- Proven expertise in Linked
In marketing and social selling tools (e. g. , Linked
In Sales Navigator, In
Mail campaigns). - Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, CRM platforms, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Linked
In Insights, META etc. ). - Experience in paid social advertising, particularly Linked
In Ads and Instagram Ads. - Highly
- driven, with a strong ability to work towards KPIs and lead conversion targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
