What Will My Functions Be?

As a Payroll Assistant at Auxadi, you will play a crucial role in optimizing payroll processes through the integration and use of advanced technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Payroll Processing: Handle the calculation, production, and delivery of payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with current labor laws.
2. Technology and Processes: Use processes to streamline payroll tasks and improve efficiency.
3. Compliance Management: Ensure all
   - related obligations with social security, health entities, and local authorities are met.
4. Labor Record Management: Manage employee records, including registrations, discharges, and contract adaptations, using digital platforms.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to deliver comprehensive and accurate services.

Requirements:

What do you need to be a potential Auxadi member?

We are currently looking for payroll specialists with experience in professional services firms. In addition, it is important that you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Accounting
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience of at least one year
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a
  - tasking environment
