Social Agent Bo - Lisbon
Description
You will be providing CS as a social media management for a streaming video page, to follow strict guidelines of this video streaming platform and need to reply to users on X (old Twitter) and Reddit on behalf of the client. We will be replying to any client's feedback posted online and keep project imagine in mind. This role does not include any conversations with clients or online chat, its more Backoffice profile. Onsite position at LACS Conde d'Obidos / Alcântara / Lisbon, in rotating mode. Monday - Sunday 9am-6pm At least 12 months of direct customer service experience required, preferably in contact centers + Digital Marketing or Social Media management example (Community, Content & SM Management). Live customer support experience (phone, chat, email,
- person, etc. ). Experience working in B2C and B2B environment preferred. Self-starter, strong attention to detail and able to juggle multiple work streams at once. External-facing customer interaction experience via customer support. Experience in Advertising, Media Planning, Copywriting, Social Media Campaign, Community manager, is a plus. Requirements

- ins, common websites) and terminology. An enthusiasm for Social Media technology. Interest/ working knowledge in online media or streaming platform worldwide brand.
